  • Derby Velodrome

    We took the Year 6 children to Derby Velodrome. All the children were nervous before they started, but they listened to the instructions and overcame their nerves to cycle round the track. A fantastic afternoon. Well done all. We are really proud of you.

  • Bhangra Dance session in all classes

    The Year 4's went to Derby with Mrs Clark and Miss Grant to watch the Halle Orchestra, they had opportunities to accompany parts of the Orchestra with their clarinets.
  • RHS Chatsworth Flower Show

    Well done to our Gardening Club for the RHS Chatsworth Show Garden that they created and to our Year 6 artists who painted stones to decorate the upcycled containers. The plants were all grown from seed by the children and included sweet peas, runner beans, coriander, parsley, chives, peas, nasturtium and calendulas. 
  • Anti-Modern Day Slavery Training at Derby Cathedral

    Mrs Clark took the Year 3 and Year 5 school councillors to Derby cathedral to participate in Anti-modern day slavery ambassador training.
